Sanctuary Treehouse Resort, nestled in the picturesque Smoky Mountains, is now the largest treehouse resort – with 18 unique treehouses and plans to expand to an impressive 130 treehouses across 40 scenic acres.

When visiting our resort, guests can select from three distinct types of treehouses: TreeFort, TreeFort Double, and the Luxe. Each treehouse design offers its unique charm and delights for our valued guests.

The TreeFort, a perfect haven for up to 6 guests, boasts a remarkable array of one-of-a-kind amenities. These include thrilling 20-foot slides, whimsical drink chutes, swings, and rope climbs, expansive decks for relaxation, handy bucket pulleys, secret escape hatches with concealed ladders, convenient crank-out beds, and so much more.

The TreeFort Double is an excellent option, ideally suited for large families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. What sets it apart is that it mirrors the unique amenities and features found in the TreeFort, but with a unique twist –the two treehouses are connected by a drawbridge!

The Luxe is the ultimate choice for couples seeking a romantic escape, honeymooners, or those celebrating anniversaries. It’s also well-suited for small families or groups of 4 or fewer. This elegant treehouse offers a higher level of luxury with features such as an indoor copper slipper tub, bidet, automatic heated toilet systems, an outdoor tub, a suspended outdoor day bed with privacy curtains, opulent décor, a convenient drink chute, spacious decks, and more.
