What cleaning practices do you follow?

Sanctuary Treehouse Resort follows meticulous, eco-friendly cleaning practices to ensure every stay is safe, fresh, and comfortable. Our trained Tree keepers take great pride in delivering exceptionally clean, allergy-friendly, family-friendly accommodations—a key reason guests choose our Smoky Mountain treehouse resort for unforgettable stays.

Yes! All of our treehouses include the signature interactive amenities Sanctuary Treehouse Resort is known for. We offer three unique designs:

  • Luxe (sleeps 4): More luxury-focused with elevated décor, towel warmers, full bidet toilet systems, indoor + outdoor soaking tubs, and swinging outdoor daybeds with privacy curtains. Luxe treehouses include some interactive features but fewer than the other designs.
  • TreeFort (sleeps 6): Packed with our classic interactive play features—20-foot slides, secret ladders, escape hatches, bucket pulleys, drink chutes, and more.
  • TreeFort Double (sleeps 12): A pair of TreeFort treehouses joined by a private bridge, offering all interactive features—and twice the amenities—perfect for groups and families.

Every design provides a fun, immersive Smoky Mountain experience—choose the design and theme that speak to your desired adventure.
