Which treehouse should I reserve?

What is the minimum night stay?

We require a 2 night minimum for reservations

What is check-in/check-out time?

Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available for purchase for an additional fee when you make your reservation.

Please note that our resort is in Eastern Time Zone.

Pets permitted?

Sanctuary Treehouse Resort will allow up to 2 non-aggressive dogs per reservation in select treehouses only. A $50 cleaning fee and additional conditions will apply.

Kids allowed?

Heck yes! Bring the kids, bring the family! Bring em all!

Are these handicap accessible?

Not at this time. However, we do plan to have treehouses for guests with mobility challenges in the future.

Why are the treehouses not built on a tree?

Did you know that when you visit Disney, the castle isn’t a real castle, and when you ride Space Mountain, you’re not actually in space? These attractions are all part of the enchanting fantasy that combines elements of wonder with practicality.
When it comes to treehouses, building codes for commercial structures often prohibit constructing them in actual trees due to concerns about stability and safety. Attaching structures to trees can also interfere with their growth and long-term health. Trees are susceptible to various environmental factors like wind, rot, and changing conditions throughout their lifespan.
At Sanctuary Treehouse Resort, we’ve carefully preserved the land by thoughtfully integrating our treehouses into the natural topography. We’ve intentionally avoided disturbing the woodlands and displacing the local wildlife while retaining the area’s natural beauty. While our treehouses are not physically in the trees, we’ve incorporated many “tree features” that are authentic, including custom carvings that will undoubtedly delight our guests.
We provide the fun, and when you bring your imagination, your inner child will thank you for embarking on this enchanting treehouse adventure!

What is the cancellation policy?

The Cancellation Guarantee amount is 3% of your total reservation and enables you to receive either a refund or reschedule (less the 3% guarantee amount and applicable tax). In order to receive a refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival. Once inside the 30 days you may only reschedule the reservation; however, the paid amount (less the guarantee and applicable tax) will be placed in an interest-bearing escrow account and must be applied to a new reservation which dates fall within one year from date of the original arrival date. Once the one-year time frame has expired all monies paid will be forfeited. In addition, please be sure to utilize the entire amount as any portion not used is non-refundable and will be lost.

Will there be internet, heat & air conditioning, bathrooms & showers?

All of our treehouses provide complimentary high-speed internet access.
Each treehouse has a mini-split AC system that offers both cooling and heating options for your comfort.
In terms of bathroom facilities, every treehouse features a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, sink, a convenient small closet, and a separate toilet closet. And yes, we couldn’t resist mentioning that our guests love that the toilet seats are heated!
For added privacy, a curtain can be extended to close off the bathroom area.
If you opt for the Luxe treehouse, you’ll be treated to even more luxurious amenities, including a complete bidet toilet system, a lavish copper slipper tub, and a custom-made outdoor soaking tub with privacy curtains. Your comfort and relaxation are our top priorities!
