Better Than a Hotel Near Dollywood
Most hotels near Dollywood give you a room down a hallway. Sanctuary Treehouse Resort gives you a treehouse on 40 wooded acres in Sevierville, with views of the Smoky Mountains and two 18-hole championship golf courses. Spend the day at the parks, then come back to quiet decks, mountain air and a treehouse the kids will talk about for months.

Close to Everything, Away From the Crowds
Sanctuary Treehouse Resort is a peerless experience on its own yet minutes away from everything to do in the area; Great Smoky National Park, Dollywood, Soaky Mountain on and on.
It is a short drive to stores and restaurants, but still feels secluded. We preferred this over the crowds of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
