They really go above and beyond with making sure that you have the things you need to facilitate quality time with friends and family. We had family from London England, Nashville, and Taledega spend a long weekend with Sanctuary Treehouses. They do all they can to make everything as convenient as possible, and really care about creating a great space to make memories. We Loved the outdoor kitchen and fire pit with a great location, where you can admire the sunset over the smokies. And there was a supermoon one night that we watched rise over the smokies. It was an incredible weekend.

We had a fantastic time at the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort! Our treehouse was really clean and very comfortable. We have never slept better on the amazing beds. The mountain view was incredible, there was even a bald eagle nesting in a tree nearby! When we had questions or needed assistance the owners responded immediately. There was something for everyone in our group, swings, trap doors, fireplaces, and nature! We will definitely stay here again!

We were in the area for a brief stay in the Smokey Mountains, and we're lucky enough to find an availability in one of the luxury treehouses. From the moment we arrived at the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort, we knew our stay in the Tarzan treehouse would be nothing short of magical. Nestled over top the lush greenery, our treehouse was a haven of tranquility and adventure. As it was the holiday season, we discovered delightful surprises left for us under the tree - local handcrafted gifts that added a personal touch to our experience and made for an awesome welcome. Our son had a lot of fun climbing and sliding among all the attached play features as the first evening presented us with an awe inspiring sunset, a view we enjoyed from the comfort of our treehouse balcony. Waking up to the sunrise was a spectacle of its own, the highlight was witnessing a majestic eagle perched on a nearby branch, a moment that felt like it was straight out of a nature documentary.The treehouse itself was a marvel of craftsmanship, blending rustic charm with modern comforts, making our stay both exciting and comfortable. The attention to detail in the design made us feel like we were truly living in Tarzan's world, but with all the luxuries of modern living. We must extend our heartfelt thanks to Amanda and Brian, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness made our stay even more special. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable, always available to assist us with anything we needed. Our stay in the Tarzan treehouse at Sanctuary Treehouse Resort was an experience we will cherish forever. It was the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and luxury, set against the backdrop of the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We can't wait to return!

Our extended family of 8 loved the “Tarzan and Jane” treehouses. Our son-in-law’s favorite was the heated toilet seat! The fireplace on the deck made it so warm and cozy-thank you for the unlimited firewood! The Christmas tree and decorations made it feel festive and warm. Thank you for a fun, family vacation and we will be back!

I suspect all of us have dreamed of living in the Swiss Family Robinson's treehouse - or at least visiting it. Maybe you have visited it at Disney? The good news is that you can experience your own treehouse now, and the owners have done all of the work. Leave you tools at home and enjoy the whimsical world created for you at Sanctuary. The design features made what seemed at first to be a small "house" into a magically functional space for us all - two grandparents, two teens, and a 5 and a 6 year old. The slide, trap door and ladder, "drink dispenser/megaphone", rope swing, hanging chairs - and so much more - kept the young ones delighted constantly.. Although the cold, wet weather for most of our stay could have been a negative, the amazing treehouse made it all worthwhile. The children are already asking when we can go back (when it's a little warmer 😀)

What a wonderful family time we had at the treehouses We stayed in the Tarzan and Jane there were 10 of us. The tree houses were so fun for every age The littles had so much fun with all the cool swings draw bridge drink shoot trap door while the adults loved the clean comfortable rooms the beds the outdoor space . I wanted to make memories with my boys and their kiddos and that is exactly what I did I will look into booking again and making this a tradition as my family grows. I want to thank the Jenson family and staff for their hospitality and negotiating all kinds of local deals for us . Such a great trip don’t miss it !!!

This is hands down the best place you could stay in East Tennessee. You have wonderful views of the Smokies and it is secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing. The property is also 5 minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, and bars. The small details the owners thought of gave us such a unique experience you cannot find anywhere else. This is 100% the place to stay if you are traveling to East Tennessee.

An amazing couple's getaway that's only minutes from a waterpark and shopping. This place was such an awesome experience for my fiance and I. From the southern mountain-esque aesthetics to the subtle political comedic undertones in some of the decor, this place was as close to perfect as I can imagine. I'm looking forward to coming back in the near future and can't wait to see the stuff they have planned for the near future!

Our experience at the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort was an intriguing balance of old fashion treehouse fun and unexpected pampering. The trap doors, dual slides, drink chutes, swinging ropes and buckets on pulleys were a huge hit for hours on end. We also loved the comfy king size bed, warm toilet seat, gorgeous glass bathroom sink, twinkling ceiling/wall lights, kitchenette, fireplace and tv screens inside and outside. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. This was our first visit and look forward to visiting again.

10/10 STUNNING!!! The Sanctuary Treehouses are absolutely beautiful and so well curated. Everything you need from mini fridges, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, heated toilet seats, and the list could go on and on. This is the perfect spot for couples or families with something for everyone! Location is also fantastic (close to everything including a chick fli a). Highly highly recommend for a family vacation or even just a weekend getaway (The honey hole is a couples dream).

Lots of Family Fun We stayed in the treehouses with our family in the "Jane" treehouse. My brother's family stayed in the "Tarzan" treehouse. There is a drawbridge between the two so you can mingle in the trees without touching the ground. The racing slides were a huge hits with the kids and the adults. The views are breathtaking. The sunsets are the best. We grilled on the back porch and enjoyed the fireplace outside that night. The bed was super comfortable and it was ultra fun for everyone. We will be back. Perfect Unique Getaway! Love, love, love the Tarzan and Jane Double Fort treehouses! Our treehouses connected with a drawbridge allowing each couple privacy of their own space, and lots of beautiful deck space to enjoy coffee and beautiful views in the mornings and afternoons (including a bald eagle) and a lovely fire for cocktails and s'mores in the evening. The decor is absolutely wonderful with special touches everywhere you look. The king bed was super comfortable, the treehouse is large, and all amenities were perfect. The slide was very cool...and VERY fast. Definitely recommend for a family or couples! So fun and unique.

Perfect Family Destination This is the perfect vacation destination! I took my daughter, son in law and 3 grandsons and stayed in the double (Tarzan & Jane) . Our treehouses were joined by a draw bridge! This was a huge plus for our family going back & forth to each others treehouse. There is slide on each treehouse and lots of racing during our stay! The swings under the treehouse provided hours of fun and relaxation. Inside the treehouse there are some options to accommodate indoor activities. The bottom bunkbed can be raised to a tabletop bar area perfect for eating or snacking inside. If you have picky sleepers, no worries there are some bed choices. Under the king bed there is a queen bed than can be pulled ( or use the wheel to move the bed out) in front of the king bed or there are the bunkbeds.The beds and pillows are comfortable and well appointed. The attention to detail and theme related extra’s in each treehouse was impressive.The amenities are premium, and the design fun for all ages! It is a wonderful place for families to spend quality time together and make sweet memories.😍
