Description
Welcome to Don’t Stop Be-Leafing Treehouse, where the legend is large, the laughs are plentiful, and the adventure is bigger than Bigfoot himself.
Tucked into the trees at Sanctuary Treehouse Resort in Sevierville, Tennessee, this one-of-a-kind Bigfoot-themed TreeFort treehouse sleeps up to 6 guests and is packed with the kind of wild personality, immersive décor, and interactive fun that makes it one of the most unforgettable treehouse stays in the Smoky Mountains. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this luxury treehouse rental is perfect for families, Bigfoot lovers, and anyone who likes their getaway with a little mystery and a whole lot of fun.
Now, some folks say Bigfoot is hard to find.
But judging by this treehouse, he’s been very busy decorating.
The moment you step inside Don’t Stop Be-Leafing, it feels as if you’ve wandered straight into Bigfoot’s very own treetop hideaway. The décor is playful, hilarious, and wonderfully over the top. There are framed photos of Bigfoot in famous places and with famous people — from Dolly Parton to Babe Ruth, Michael Jackson, Jesus, and even the Jensen family and their team at Sanctuary Treehouse Resort. Apparently, the big guy has been out there living quite the life.
And the funny details just keep coming.
You’ll find Bigfoot feet on the bed that are guaranteed to make guests giggle, footprints on the back doors walking right up the wall, leafy woodland décor, and all kinds of amusing signs about Bigfoot sightings and forest legends. There are even quirky relics to marvel at, including a hair sample and a replica of Bigfoot’s toe — because no proper legend-themed luxury treehouse in Tennessee should be without a few suspicious artifacts.
But this treehouse is not just funny — it is also full of the adventure and interactive features that guests from all over the world have come to love at Sanctuary Treehouse Resort. Don’t Stop Be-Leafing Treehouse includes a 20-foot slide, escape hatch, secret ladder, drink chute, bucket pulley, swings, rope climbs, and more. It is the perfect mix of treetop luxury, playful design, and unforgettable family fun.
And the Bigfoot adventure does not end when you leave the treehouse.
Included with every stay is the resort’s 1-mile interactive scavenger hunt, where guests can continue the search for the legendary creature himself. Be sure to keep an eye out for Bigfoot’s treasure box along the way — find it and you can claim your prize, making your Smoky Mountain adventure even more legendary.
Whether you are planning a family getaway in Sevierville, a fun weekend with friends, or looking for a truly unique place to stay near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Don’t Stop Be-Leafing offers a treehouse experience unlike anything else in Tennessee. It is funny, immersive, wildly creative, and full of the little details that guests will be talking about long after they leave.
Because at this treehouse, the evidence is everywhere.
Bigfoot was here.
And honestly?
He has excellent taste.

This place is amazing, my whole family enjoyed it, including the dog. I would highly recommend staying here. The treehouse was decorated so well and the interactive features were fun for all. It's location is great, outside of the super busy areas but also not far from many activities. We can't wait to come back.
Thank you so much, Kelsey! We’re thrilled to hear that your whole family — including your dog — enjoyed your stay with us. We love creating treehouses that feel fun, unique, and memorable for both kids and adults, so it means so much to know the interactive features were a hit. Thank you for recommending us and for taking the time to share such a wonderful review. We hope to welcome your family back for another adventure in the trees!

This little place is just the coolest place we've ever stayed. Our treehouse theme was Big Foot, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The owners thought of EVERYTHING and then some and then some more and stopped at nothing to provide a very unique experience while supplying all the amenities we could have possibly asked for. It was everything we wanted and more for our girl's trip across the beautiful state of Tennessee! I do want to mention that 3 of us stayed in a room that can sleep 6, but unless you have small kids, 6 would be extremely crowded as there is only a small corner for suitcases and such. We raised the bottom bunk, which to our surprise became a small table top bar which is where we put our suitcases and things. Worked out perfectly for us. The other thing to consider if you plan on someone sleeping on the top bunk is that the ladder rungs are very small and go up the wall so they are straight up, and the bed is very high. The queen trundle was brilliant but when pulled out, takes up all of the walk space so anyone sleeping on the side opposite the bathroom will have to be very careful to get around the trundle during the night. This did not bother us at all, but could be problematic with a larger group. Also worth noting, there is only a separate room for the toilet. The shower can be made private only by pulling a giant curtain across the room. But what do you expect??? It's a treehouse!!!! Who can say they've vacationed in a treehouse?? The only negative thing that I can say about our stay (and this is only negative for me because I prefer comfy soft beds) is the king size bed was firm to the extreme (not just a little) - but this is a personal preference for me and you can't please everyone. All in all, we are extremely happy that we found the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort and chose to stay here. It's beautiful, peaceful, and so fun. Kids would absolutely LOVE this place!

What an awesome place for our mini-vacation. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds, slides, swings and scavenger hunt. Close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to enjoy the attractions of those towns as well. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend to anyone planning a vacation to the area. We’ll be back.

What an amazing experience!! Our family of 4 (dad, mom, and twin 9yo girls) and our 2 pups had so much fun at the Sanctuary Treehouse Resort! We stayed in the treehouse “Don’t Stop Be-Leafin”. The theme was so cool with Bigfoot. Loved all the decor and all the comforts of home. They provide everything you need with toiletries, blankets, an outdoor grill, unlimited firewood. They even have a heated toilet seat! Everything was top notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our favorite things to do were going down our slide, swinging, sitting by the fire on the back porch, and going on the scavenger hunt. We will definitely be back!!!
