Race side-by-side down two 20-foot slides, enjoy double swings, rope climbs, bucket pulleys, and drink chutes, plus two escape hatches and two secret ladders with interactive surprises on every level. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll have two indoor LED fireplaces, two outdoor wood-burning fireplaces with complimentary unlimited firewood, and four 50" TVs (two indoors and two outdoors), so everyone can find their perfect moment—together or tucked away.

Absolutely amazing stay at Sanctuary Treehouse Resort! From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was incredible—right down to the heated toilets, which were such a thoughtful and luxurious touch. The treehouse was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, blending luxury with nature perfectly. We stayed in the “Land of the Free, Home of the Brave” double treehouse, and it exceeded all expectations. The craftsmanship and design were stunning, and features like the pulley systems for room rearrangement made the space both fun and functional. The slides were a great addition and added an extra element of excitement for both kids and adults. The scavenger hunt was another fun and memorable experience. The staff were kind, attentive, and available for anything we needed, which made our stay even better. This resort is the perfect vacation spot for couples and families looking to reconnect with nature and with each other without sacrificing comfort or luxury. The treehouses are truly unique, and thoughtfully designed with a specific theme. We’re excited for the continual expansion of the resort and will definitely be coming back. Was one of the best Sanctuary resorts I have ever had the privilege of going to with my family. The Treehouses were a lot bigger, more accommodating, and relaxing than I expected. The staff was very attentive and respectful despite my family being embarrassingly high-maintenance at times. I cannot stress this enough: if you are traveling as a group of two or more people, this is an ideal resort to stay at. Genuinely was one of the coolest resorts I have stayed at with their themed treehouses and forest vibe, and I can confidently say that, having traveled most of the entire globe, staying at all kinds of famous hotels. My only complaint is that I had to leave, and I have already been thinking about when I can clear up my schedule again to go back! I mean look at this morning view.

My family and I stayed at Sanctuary Treehouse Resort and had a really unforgettable experience. The property is quiet, well-kept, and surrounded by nature, which made it easy to relax and unplug. The treehouses were so comfortable, clean and honestly pretty cool — well designed with a lot of small details. We stayed at Land of the Free and Home of the brave, which gave an in depth themed about our countries’ constitutional values and patriotism. The views were great, especially in the morning and at night. Everything you need is provided, and it felt private without being isolated. Staff/hosts were helpful and easy to deal with, which always makes a difference. Overall, it’s a unique place to stay and a nice change from a standard cabin or hotel. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an unforgettable experience. Definitely going to be coming back soon.

We just had a fantastic stay at Sanctuary Treehouse LOF/HOB. We found the rooms to be extremely clean, family friendly, and comfortable. They thought of lot of little extras to make your stay simple, fun, and safe for kids such as cozy fleece baskets near the patio door, a retractable child safety gait on the upper deck by the slides, USB’s in every outlet, a fan and lights on the lower patio, the Murphy bed style lower bunk, relaxing swings on the lower deck where we liked to enjoy meals, guest logs in each treehouse, hidden treasures we found on our walk (that I believe will soon be part of their scavenger hunt), plenty of pillows & towels…. And of course the slides and drink shoot were a huge hit with our family! We were really glad that we stayed in Sevierville, we found it to be close enough to all the attractions yet away from the hustle & bustle of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I had the wonderful opportunity to stay in the Home of the Brave treehouse… Wow wow and wow!!! I felt so proud to be American! The decor was as beautiful and educational as the Smistonian Art Museum .Not to mention the heated toilet seats🥳 That was on a entirely different level of luxury! … The tunnel slides to take you down in record time … maybe Mrs. Amanda Jensen will post that one of me to make all of you have a wonderful laugh. Again I am not as flexible as a 10 year old but I enjoyed it tremendously. .. It was beyond epic! All the comforts of a First class comforts of the elite hotels .. ie Four Seasons/ Ritz Carlton with the genuine feel of being a kid in the most amazing.. memorable treehouse! Get booking you all!!! You will love and enjoy every moment of it … I promise!

The resort is so beautiful and welcoming. The views are great. I was the land of the free and it was decorated with respect to our forefathers. It was also decorated for my birthday and this was an added bonus. Love the heated seat in the bathroom.

I loved everything about my stay at this resort. The atmosphere, the aura, just everything! The treehouses are very detailed and made it feel like a second home. It's close enough to where you can meet other people but also provides your privacy as well. The balcony views facing the golf course and seeing the sunrise was one of the highlights of the trip for me. You can bring your family, business partner, or stay with your significant other. It accommodates anyone. The staff and the Owners are very welcoming and friendly. There are so many things to do and many places to eat nearby. I highly recommend anyone to stay here you won't regret it. I will be going back very soon!

Wonderful experience. Awesome customer service. Perfect location that is far enough away from crowds but close enough to whatever attractions you wish to drive to. They think of all the little amenities that you would need to maximize a smaller living space. We will be planning a return trip!

My entire family enjoyed our time staying at Sanctuary Treehouse Resort! The kids had a blast playing with all of the treehouse details like the slide, swings, and escape hatch. The beds were comfortable too! The little extras around the treehouse were useful as well. We will definitely be back!
