Sanctuary Treehouse Resort sits on 40 private acres overlooking two 18-hole championship golf courses, the Little Pigeon River, and sweeping views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Our hillside setting feels secluded and peaceful, yet we’re just off I-40 and minutes from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park—the nation’s most visited park.
Nature is part of the adventure here. Guests often spot deer, wild turkeys, and even the occasional black bear, along with our resident bald eagles—Sir Hatcher II and Lady Independence—who love to soar across the property.
